Instead we’ll combine gentle techniques such as teaching you how to eat intuitively and how to honour your hunger.

During our 8-week journey, we’ll build the foundations to help you develop a happier and healthier relationship with food, eating, and your body. We’ll have weekly group calls for face-to-face support, as well as benefitting from the support of others in the group with similar challenges.

You’ll walk away feeling more in tune with your body, less stressed about what you eat, and with a new-found love for food and eating.

Graduation call & certificate of completion

At the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll receive a certificate of completion as a proud reminder of how far you’ve come. You’ll also have a graduation call, where we’ll discuss your successes and what you’ve learnt throughout the course, as well as the best way to keep up the positive momentum.

Two years access to course material

Your learning won’t end when the course does. With access for 2 years to all course material, including videos and worksheets, you can return to the course whenever you have a wobble, or need a refresher. You’ll also stay connected through the Facebook group. If you feel like you need more support, we can discuss a bespoke private programme.
